And they call themselves Thespians?

I watched the Academy Awards last night. Well, actually I tivo'd them. There's no way I could actually sit through that telecast in real-time. I'll tell you what really irked me bigtime. These actors and actresses come up to present awards and almost all of them screw up thier lines. This annoys me to no end. I mean, you get paid millions of dollars to be in these huge films and you can't even properly read the lines off of a frickin teleprompter? And to top it off, these presenters get gift packs that are worth a total of about $75,000. I would think for that kind of payoff you could at least read through the lines a couple times in the green room while your sucking on some champagne and aged brie. Maybe that would make me feel a little less worthless when I'm sitting in my cubicle trying to earn enough dough to pay my mortgage.

At least Jamie Fox won Best Actor for his role in Ray. The night wasn't a complete loss.

This is Interesting

I heard about these weblogging services called blog's but I never really investigated. This has got to be one of the more interesting things I've seen on the web. And who knew how many people were using them. It's insane really. It's like an op-ed explosion in electronic space.

Well I definitley need to have my place within e-space so I'm starting now. Let's see what happens.
